Laird Noller Dealerships is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team in Topeka, KS. As a Sales BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving business for our dealership by engaging with prospective customers through outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries via texts and chats from various lead sources. In this role, you will be responsible for generating appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and managing lead activities to qualify potential customers. You will connect new customers with the appropriate sales team members, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive customer experience. Your professional demeanor and excellent communication skills will be essential as you work with customers, directing them to product information resources, including online materials. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively build out your prospecting network and log all activities in our CRM system to maintain accurate records of your interactions. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly goals will be a key focus of your role, and your success will be measured by your ability to generate leads and appointments that convert into sales. Responsibilities

  • Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
