About the position

Subaru Concord in Concord, NC is seeking a Business Development Representative in our Sales department. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing all internet leads and setting appointments for potential customers. This role requires meticulous tracking of new leads, appointments set, appointments that show, and lost leads using our customer tracking form. You will also maintain a monthly customer sheet that records the names of customers who have shown interest and those who have made purchases, along with the vehicle they inquired about. When scheduling appointments, you will need to mark them in our ADP system and communicate the details to the sales manager via email or phone call. On Saturdays, if there are no leads, you have the option to leave early, but this is entirely your choice. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively interact with customers and dealership personnel, follow instructions, and learn our parts department computer system. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Responsibilities

  • Answer all internet leads and set appointments.

  • Optionally leave early on Saturdays if no leads are received.

Requirements

  • Ability to deal effectively with customers and dealership personnel.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to learn parts department computer system.
  • Working knowledge of automotive BOC department.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable with the company insurance carrier.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
