Additionally, the candidate will verify customer vehicle status and conduct themselves in a friendly and professional manner when interacting with customers, vendors, clients, and job candidates. Responsibilities may also include taking messages and delivering them to the appropriate dealership associate, as well as performing clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating. General administrative and support staff duties may be assigned by management as needed.
