About the position

Omnilert is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves qualifying and generating leads for our National Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to build positive customer relationships throughout the sales process and will work directly with the sales team to target specific customers in key verticals. This position requires a commitment to work in the Leesburg office once a week and offers significant potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified demos leveraging email, outbound calling, and social media
  • Work closely with key members of the sales team to target customers across relevant verticals
  • Capture detailed notes in Salesforce and provide warm handoffs to the National Account Executives
  • Bring new ideas to the BDR team
  • Stay on target to meet or exceed monthly goals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a lead generation role
  • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Competitive and result-driven
  • Able to receive and apply feedback
  • A team player
  • Eager to learn new skills, take on more responsibilities, and grow within Omnilert
