Robin is looking for an inspiring Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. This role is required to be in our Boston office at least 3 times per week. The representative will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers and uncovering business opportunities within target accounts. They will build and manage a strong customer pipeline, focusing on both net-new accounts and existing Salesforce customers. Engaging prospects through personalized email campaigns, social selling, and cold calling is essential, along with effectively managing and converting inbound leads. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and refine sales processes is expected, as well as consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for scheduling outbound meetings and driving pipeline growth.
