About the position

Robin is looking for an inspiring Business Development Representative to join our Sales team. This role is required to be in our Boston office at least 3 times per week. The representative will be responsible for identifying key decision-makers and uncovering business opportunities within target accounts. They will build and manage a strong customer pipeline, focusing on both net-new accounts and existing Salesforce customers. Engaging prospects through personalized email campaigns, social selling, and cold calling is essential, along with effectively managing and converting inbound leads. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and refine sales processes is expected, as well as consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for scheduling outbound meetings and driving pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and organized with effective day structuring.
  • Resilient in handling challenges like cold calls and objections.
  • Analytical with a focus on data-driven decisions and understanding market trends.
  • 6-12 months of experience in business development, sales, or a related field with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Tech-savvy and curious about technology, Big Data, and AI.
