About the position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at TriNetX is a key role focused on expanding the company's outreach and conversion of prospects into customers. This position involves conducting high-quality prospecting, needs assessment calls, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve growth in the US and globally. The BDR will leverage technology and become proficient in the company's platform to effectively demonstrate products to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality prospecting for qualified leads using technology such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects as assigned.
  • Become trained and proficient using our platform to understand our product and perform demonstrations over time.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader sales team as a member of the Global Business Development team.

Requirements

  • 2 years of life sciences/SaaS sales experience or 3-4 years of sales/BD experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • A highly self-driven sense of motivation.
  • Ability to handle objections.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous sales experience in SaaS or Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry preferred.
  • A strong desire to succeed and a competitive self-starter.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
