About the position

The Business Development position at our rapidly growing dealership in Royal Palm Beach, FL, focuses on providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and information management. The role involves handling inquiries related to vehicle sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring guest satisfaction while working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, verify, and distribute information from inbound and outbound calls.
• Handle all guest inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction.
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from guests.
• Maintain and communicate exceptional product and inventory knowledge to guests.
• Gather and track all guest data accurately in the BDC database.
• Utilize detailed scripts to address guest inquiries and concerns.
• Work closely with other Sales BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.
• Facilitate timely follow-up on all internet leads as directed by management.
• Adhere to company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
• Communicate with dealership management or front-line employees on behalf of guests.
• Participate in departmental and dealership meetings.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills via phone, one-on-one, and online.
• Proficient in basic math and writing skills.
• Proven customer service track record or a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Comfortable in a high-paced, competitive environment.
• Ability to pass drug testing, background investigation/interview, and pre-employment assessment.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.
