Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendor representatives.
  • Manage lead lists and renewal portals to maximize sales efforts.
  • Manage a pipeline of quotes and orders.
  • Collaborate with sales and licensing specialists to drive sales.
  • Build and retain client relationships.
  • Process pre-sales tasks and post-sales requests.
  • Develop innovative strategies to reach new opportunities.
  • Work with product specialists to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • Experience as a call center sales representative or Business Development Representative (BDR).
  • Experience in inside sales or outside sales with outbound call experience.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management and decision-making skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in hospitality as a server or waiter may be considered.
