About the position

Randstad is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join their San Diego team. This role involves sales, client management, and talent engagement, providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious, and accountable, contributing to the team's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects in need of Randstad's workforce services & solutions
  • Effectively sell to new and existing clients, recruit and place candidates
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers virtually and in-person
  • Execute the activities that will yield results (lots of calls, virtual and on-site client meetings)
  • Effectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
  • Interview, hire and coach candidates via phone, virtually, and in-person
  • Use a combination of tech and touch approaches to expand our reach

Requirements

  • Growth mindset - you like to learn!
  • Desire to connect with others via phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Prior experience working in a sales driven role (outside sales)
  • Track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools
