About the position

The Business Development Representative at Guardian Network Solutions is a full-time role focused on driving sales and building client relationships. The position requires a confident and competitive individual who excels in sales, particularly in a call center or inside sales environment. The representative will manage lead lists, process sales tasks, and collaborate with various specialists to enhance customer service and sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with vendor representatives.
  • Manage lead lists and renewal portals to maximize sales efforts.
  • Manage a pipeline of quotes and orders.
  • Collaborate with sales and licensing specialists to drive sales.
  • Build and retain client relationships.
  • Process pre-sales tasks and post-sales requests.
  • Develop innovative strategies to reach new opportunities.
  • Work with product specialists to better serve customers.

Requirements

  • Experience in call center sales or business development.
  • Background in inside or outside sales with outbound call experience.
  • Experience in hospitality, such as serving or restaurant roles, is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in grammar.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in inside sales (1 year preferred).
