Responsibilities
- Set qualified meetings for Account Executives to close
- Be trained within the first 30 Days on Hawksearch's solutions and best practices
- Prospect and send strategic emails to set up 10+ meetings per week for Account Executives to conduct
- Track all activity in the Salesforce CRM
- Conduct relevant cold call and email campaigns
Requirements
- Be self-motivated and able to think for themselves
- Be a hunter for new opportunities through targeted email campaigns
- Identify and qualify prospects to match them to appropriate solutions
- Have persistence in securing meetings
- Be confident in selling the solution
- Possess persuasion skills to sell the meeting
- Be coachable and open to direction from managers and Account Executives
