About the position

The Business Development Research Analyst will support the business development and operations teams at Hendall Inc., focusing on market research to enhance the company's pursuit of Federal procurements. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to contribute to lead generation and the proposal submission process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-team growth activities including marketing, deal identification, and business pipeline tracking.
  • Perform research and analysis activities such as market research initiatives and tracking procurement notices.
  • Facilitate business development and operations meetings, providing analysis and managing action items.
  • Ensure oversight and follow-up on high priority assignments and actions.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and operational management functions.
  • Manage corporate resources including contractor performance evaluations and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate industry and agency event attendance for the Hendall team.
  • Provide administrative support such as compiling reports and managing the team SharePoint site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of applicable experience.
  • Experience in Federal contracting, preferably with HHS.
  • Knowledge of the Federal marketplace, including procurements and acquisitions.
  • Experience using GovWin, SAM.gov, and FPDS.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience engaging with and presenting to c-suite executives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
