The Business Development Sales Manager at Connexus Resource Group is a vital role focused on nurturing B2B sales opportunities and managing a robust pipeline of potential clients. This position emphasizes building strong relationships, driving sales through various channels, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture B2B sales opportunities provided through a variety of channels.
  • Manage leads through the entire sales cycle, ensuring a healthy and well-organized pipeline.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimize the overall client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales is preferred, especially within the call center or related industries, but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
