About the position

The Business Development Sales Manager at FUJIFILM North America Corporation is responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities within the Sport Optic, Projector, and Security product categories. This role involves collaboration with Regional Territory Managers, preparing quotes, tracking demo equipment, and supporting marketing initiatives. The position requires a proactive approach to sales and business development, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Explore, cultivate, and develop new business opportunities for Sport Optics, Projectors, and Security products.
  • Prepare and process quotations and purchase orders as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales reports for management.
  • Track and keep accurate records of demo/loaner equipment.
  • Ensure customer database integrity by maintaining customer contact information and producing reports as required.
  • Assist in the preparation for trade shows, exhibits, and events related to Sport Optics, Projectors, and Security.
  • Facilitate requests for the creation of marketing collateral or any other needs related to sales activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of various reports for headquarters.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers to assure commitments are met.
  • Perform any other jobs/functions as requested by Manager or FNAC-OD Management.
  • Adhere to all travel and compliance policies as defined by FUJIFILM North America Corporation.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience or 5 years in a related sales/marketing position in a fast-paced and highly competitive sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to manage and cultivate an ongoing pipeline for B-to-C and B-to-B sales channels.
  • Ability to research and analyze various types of data and make sound business judgments focused on achieving results.
  • Ability to prioritize work and sales opportunities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication/interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a close team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree.
  • Prior experience in related industry.
  • Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
