DH Pace Company is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative in Denver, Colorado, who is adept at closing sales. As one of the world's most recognized leaders in this field, DH Pace is looking for a motivated sales representative to promote and sell our high-quality products. In this position, you will be responsible for meeting with decision-makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products and services. You will conduct business-to-business sales presentations targeting industrial and commercial building owners/managers, educational institutions (colleges and K-12), municipalities, and hospitals in Denver and the surrounding areas. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards while maintaining and updating our Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) on a daily basis. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, although it is not a strict requirement. A minimum of three years of outside sales experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to interact professionally with contacts at all levels, both internal and external. A high sense of urgency and exceptional problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this fast-paced work environment. A strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems is also preferred.
