DH Pace Company is seeking a Business Development Manager in Denver, Colorado, who is skilled in closing sales. This role involves working for a recognized brand and industry leader in commercial door solutions, providing best-in-class product and sales training to ensure your success. As a motivated sales representative, you will be responsible for selling high-quality products from a company that has been a leader in the industry for over 95 years. In this position, you will meet with decision-makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products and services. You will conduct business-to-business sales presentations targeting industrial and commercial building owners/managers, educational institutions (colleges and K-12), municipalities, and hospitals in Denver and the surrounding areas. Your performance will be measured against sales and gross profit standards, and you will be expected to maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the sales process and company objectives.
