About the position

The Business Development Sales Representative at DH Pace Company is responsible for selling commercial door products and services, focusing on building relationships with decision-makers in various sectors including commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, aiming to meet or exceed performance standards while maintaining a strong customer relationship management system.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
  • Cultivate sales with commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, and hospitals in Houston and surrounding areas
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Take on additional assignments as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience
  • Overhead Door experience is a plus
  • Must possess valid driver's license
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude
