Building and maintaining relationships with previous clients is essential, as you will work to rekindle profitable partnerships while also managing a book of business and pursuing new business opportunities. The position offers a base salary, full benefits, and uncapped commission potential, with on-target earnings for the first year estimated between $56,000 and $65,000, and high performers exceeding $80,000. Additionally, you will have opportunities for career growth through our Leadership in Development Program and participate in quarterly and annual sales competitions, including a paid President's Club Trip and Elite Club Bonuses. Responsibilities

  • Generate demand for England services through provided prospecting platforms
  • Identify solutions for prospective clients in a rapidly growing marketplace

  • Foster relationships with previous England clients to rekindle profitable partnerships
  • Manage a book of business as relationships develop, while continuing to work on new business acquisition

Requirements

  • Strong phone sales, B2B sales, consumer/retail sales or professional sales experience
  • Experience working in a team environment
