About the position

zTrip is seeking an energetic and strategic Business Development/Sales Representative to expand our services and client base in the areas of taxi services, NEMT, and airport transport. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging with brokers, orchestrating group sales, and managing relationships with government agencies to foster growth and increase market presence. This position is crucial for driving the company's sales initiatives and establishing a strong foothold in the transportation sector. As a Business Development/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies aimed at enhancing service utilization among brokers, group travel coordinators, and government entities. You will forge and maintain relationships with key industry brokers, travel organizers, and government officials to facilitate partnership opportunities and contract acquisitions. Collaboration with the business development team will be essential as you design and deploy targeted RFPs and sales pitches tailored for group and institutional clients. In addition, you will conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, assess competitor strategies, and identify emerging opportunities. Managing the sales process from prospecting to deal closure will be a key responsibility, ensuring alignment with zTrip's strategic goals and operational capacities. You will also monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and driving sales growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for persuasive presentations.
