About the position
The Business Development Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish) plays a crucial role in connecting potential members with Gloria Gates CARE by engaging with businesses and their employees. This position focuses on outreach marketing efforts, relationship building, and ensuring effective communication between various teams to enhance member enrollment in healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential members through calls and emails.
- Data entry of confidential information in CRM.
- Identify potential member needs.
- Present the benefits of being a member of Gloria Gates CARE.
- Set up appointments between businesses and Member Outreach Representatives.
- Stay up to date with new healthcare offerings.
- Report to the Outreach Manager weekly.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Outreach Account Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with multiple outreach techniques (including cold calls).
- Track record of achieving membership quotas.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Experience in relevant field.
