About the position

Lyneer Staffing Solutions is seeking a New Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities in staffing services for mid to large-size Warehouse, Distribution, and Logistics companies. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding staffing needs, and creatively addressing client concerns to support their business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by selling staffing services to mid to large-size companies.
  • Build new relationships and cultivate existing ones with clients.
  • Respond to client questions and concerns effectively.
  • Develop creative solutions to meet client staffing needs.
  • Schedule client meetings through phone calls, in-person visits, and other technological resources.
  • Utilize CRM to organize client and prospect pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Sales experience, preferably in business development or logistics sales.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in staffing or logistics sales is preferred but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of the Columbus area.
