About the position

The Business Development - Technical Recruiter position focuses on driving business development and recruitment efforts within the Information Technology sector. Responsibilities

  • Development of a long term relationship with clients to understand their needs.
  • Development of new business and new clients.
  • Maintaining a high volume of job requisitions.
  • Analyzing position requirements and developing recruiting plans using innovative strategies.
  • Screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications.
  • Sourcing candidates primarily for IT positions.
  • Presenting hiring managers with a selection of qualified candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in sales, management, business, or technology.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong planning skills.

  • Strong client-facing experience.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with a structured approach.
