About the position

The Business Enablement Manager position will act as an operational contact for Infra products which support Meta's mass production build plan and shipment requirements, to its global Network Hardware infrastructure. As a Business Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for driving internal cross-functional relationships, in addition to engaging on external relationships with Meta's supplier partners. In this role, you will be responsible for securing funding alignment and overseeing our procurement plans to our supplier partners across Data Center, Backbone, and Edge environments. This role will focus on overseeing the processes and tools required to support execution and scaling, while acting as the business lead for future tool/process transformation. This is a role that will be accountable for executing with speed and agility to help ensure we secure hardware globally in support of capacity delivery goals for mass production products. This position is part of the Infra Supply Chain & Engineering team reporting to the Manager, Operations Sourcing, Network Hardware. You will drive alignment amongst cross-functional teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting through CFO to support business operations in the delivery of critical hardware supply globally. You will own the management and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management, in addition to proactive monitoring and resolution of key invoice to pay metrics (e.g., Delivery, invoicing & payment exceptions). You will identify and gather buy-in/alignment with cross-functional partner teams on roadmapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with supplier partners, including developing business requirements, working with cross-functional teams on solution design, testing, change management, launch, and sustainment. Furthermore, you will support measurement, deep-dive insight gathering, reporting, and actions to improve key OKRs & underlying L1/L2 metrics performance including, but not limited to, On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc. You will partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs, sourcing rules, price lists & lead times are accurate, and oversee Purchase order coverage & accuracy, along with the team responsible for transactions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in an analytical and results-focused role.
  • Experience in using objective-based performance measures.
  • Experience working and demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.
  • Experience working with globally distributed partners.
  • Experience in identifying/improving processes or tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of different supply chain models (Hub-spoke, drop-ship, reverse logistics, ODM/JDM/OEM business models).
  • Demonstrated experience driving a plan to bring resolution to differing opinions, reaching out across functional boundaries to drive collaboration and sharing credit in a team environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of procurement tooling/B2B systems & feeds (ERP, EDI, etc.).

Benefits

  • $122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
  • Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
