About the position

The Business Enablement Manager role within Meta's Data Center supply chain operations team focuses on securing funding, orchestrating purchase orders, and improving business processes and tooling. This position is crucial for managing relationships with supply chain partners and ensuring the effective delivery of power, cooling, and fiber to support Meta's Data Center infrastructure. The role requires collaboration across various teams to enhance operational efficiency and achieve key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment amongst cross-functional teams on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations.
• Own management, orchestration, and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management, and invoicing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on roadmapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency.
• Develop business requirements and work with cross-functional teams on solution design, testing, change management, launch, and sustainment.
• Lead metrics and reporting enablement, including deep-dive insight gathering and reporting across various performance metrics.
• Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs, price lists, and lead times are accurate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.
• Experience working in an analytical and results-focused role.
• Experience in improving business processes.
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree in Engineering or Business.
• Knowledge of different supply chain models (Hub-spoke, drop-ship, reverse logistics).
• Demonstrated experience driving a plan to bring resolution to differing opinions and fostering collaboration across functional boundaries.
• Experience and knowledge of procurement tooling/B2B systems & feeds.
