About the position

The Business Enablement Manager at Meta is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the Data Center supply chain operations team. This role focuses on securing funding, orchestrating purchase orders, enabling data and metrics, and improving business processes and tooling. The position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure the successful delivery of critical power, cooling, and fiber supply globally, while also driving performance metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment amongst cross-functional teams on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations.
• Own management, orchestration, and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management, and invoicing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on roadmapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency.
• Lead metrics & reporting enablement, including deep-dive insight gathering and reporting across key performance indicators.
• Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs, price lists, and lead times are accurate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.
• Experience working in an analytical and results-focused role.
• Experience in improving business processes.
• Demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree in Engineering or Business.
• Knowledge of different supply chain models (Hub-spoke, drop-ship, reverse logistics).
• Demonstrated experience driving a plan to bring resolution to differing opinions and fostering collaboration.
• Experience and knowledge of procurement tooling/B2B systems & feeds.
