About the position

The Corporate Business Enablement Manager at Sherwin-Williams is responsible for driving data priorities set by the Enterprise Data & Insights (ED&I) Business Enablement Lead. This role involves managing product-specific data throughout its lifecycle, analyzing it to identify business problems, opportunities, and trends, and providing data-driven insights to support product strategy and development. The Enablement Manager acts as a liaison to ensure corporate functions effectively leverage ED&I data, tools, and technology, while also ensuring compliance with data management policies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Corporate product data to identify business problems, opportunities, and trends.
  • Support Corporate Leaders in making informed data-driven decisions on product development, improvement, and optimization.
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the customer experience and improve product or service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and partners.
  • Collaborate with members of the business group to ensure they have access to and can effectively utilize ED&I data and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to data management and privacy.
  • Recommend strategic data solutions through an enterprise-first lens, supporting the ultimate ONE SHW vision.
  • Collaborate with Business Enablement Director, Leads, and other Enablement Managers to identify cross-group data synergies and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or at least 8 years of experience in solution development or product management.
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis and product support, preferably within a related industry or function.
  • Proven experience in analyzing data and developing insights to support business decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Related certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Product Manager) preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Python, SQL).
  • Supervisory or Team lead experience.
