About the position

As a Business Enablement Manager at McGraw Hill, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Business Enablement Solutions Team. This position involves managing a team of both full-time and contract Sales Enablement Associates, focusing on developing strategies that align with business objectives and influence pipeline and revenue growth. You will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and training your team, ensuring they are equipped to handle requests from Sales Representatives, District Managers, and Senior Leadership efficiently and proficiently. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting the main initiatives of the organization, fostering a collaborative environment that maximizes the effectiveness of your team. In this role, you will also be tasked with developing, maintaining, and executing plans for the Business Enablement Solutions Team that are aligned with the overall business goals. This will involve daily, weekly, and seasonal planning in partnership with sales and marketing leadership. You will collaborate closely with these teams to build programs that enhance sales enablement, ensuring that your strategies are effectively implemented and that they yield measurable results. A significant part of your responsibilities will include measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of Sales Enablement Associate activities. You will share this information weekly with leadership, providing insights that can drive further improvements and adjustments to strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, will be essential as you work in a collaborative environment to achieve the team's objectives and support the broader goals of McGraw Hill.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and train a team of Sales Enablement Associates, including contractors.
  • Coach and guide Sales Enablement Associate staff to efficiently complete requests from Sales Representatives, District Managers, and Senior Leadership.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute Business Enablement Solutions Team plans aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance of Sales Enablement Associate activity to leadership weekly.
