About the position

The Manufacturing Data Analyst at ASML US plays a crucial role in enabling data-driven decision-making within a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on developing analytical solutions that enhance factory performance transparency and support long-term business objectives. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and utilize advanced analytics to identify patterns in product deviations, all while fostering a creative and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
  • Translate internal customer demands into concrete requirements.
  • Develop quality reports to make factory process performance transparent and actionable.
  • Focus on customer experience, maintainability, and automation of analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate across sectors to define, develop, and implement structural reporting.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members within the Business Engineering team.
  • Provide data-driven analysis to identify patterns in product deviations.
  • Further develop analytical skills, business perspective, influencing skills, and project management capabilities.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Business, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent education experience.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of working experience as a Data Analyst/Analytics Developer.
  • Experience building analytical products for internal consumption (e.g., dashboards, automatic analysis, algorithms).
  • Familiarity with IT systems in production control, preferably with Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and SAP.
  • Experience with advanced analytics (e.g., Process Mining, Machine Learning, AI) or Industry 4.0 concepts is preferred.
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment or semiconductor industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies is advantageous.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning and AI.
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts like digital twin and IoT.
