About the position
The Business Execution Consultant 5 role focuses on supporting Workday projects, particularly in the area of Employee Separation Services. The consultant will be responsible for gathering requirements, removing impediments, and delivering customizations and development initiatives within the Workday platform, specifically utilizing the Workday Extend version.
Responsibilities
- Support Workday projects related to Employee Separation Services.
- Redesign the system to align with the current Workday Extend version.
- Gather requirements and remove impediments during project execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within large enterprise environments in HR tech.
- 7+ years of experience driving Workday implementations.
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA.
- Strong in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice-to-haves
- 1+ years of experience/familiarity with Workday Extend.
- Employee separation services experience.
