About the position

The Executive Analyst position at PNC involves supporting the Head of Data Science Innovation in executing operational, strategic, and administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective implementation of business initiatives and fostering collaboration across departments. The analyst will engage in data collection, research, and reporting, while also contributing to strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing key operational processes within the Data Science Innovation (DSI) team.
• Support resource allocation efforts by gathering and analyzing data.
• Oversee cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Contribute to the development of strategic plans through research and data analysis.
• Assist in preparing strategic documents and presentations for senior leadership.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing key takeaways.
• Prepare and distribute executive-level presentations and reports.
• Act as a liaison between the Head of DSI and other departments for effective communication.
• Support relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance operational and strategic skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
