Responsibilities

  • Devise methods and establish procedures for timely completion of sales-related paperwork.
  • Maintain budget and internal controls with a reliable accounting system.
  • Set and achieve monthly sales objectives and provide reports as requested.
  • Pursue ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge in the area of expertise.
  • Provide a strong selection of finance and insurance products by recruiting and maintaining a healthy market base.
  • Use effective problem-solving skills to review departmental activities.
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships with finance sources and other departments.
  • Yield satisfactory levels of profits and revenue by selling insurance, finance, and extended service programs.
  • Support the sales team and assist salespersons as needed.
  • Encourage staff to provide quality customer service and handle complaints courteously.
  • Utilize automobile deliveries to create events that facilitate customer loyalty.
  • Uphold a quality evaluation program to assure extraordinary service to customers.
  • Establish a selling protocol emphasizing features and benefits for reliable customer interactions.
