Responsibilities

• Test, measure, and optimize product marketing activities.
• Drive sales enablement efforts through recommendations and actions regarding collateral development, training, and customer communication.
• Translate and explain information for business stakeholders.
• Manage the timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
• Conduct large-scale data analyses and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain various databases for analytics and reporting.
• Create, maintain, and publish customized data reports and visualizations.
• Examine data for inconsistencies and correct systematic errors in data processes.
• Troubleshoot issues with data technologies and platforms for data warehousing, mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of contract administration policies and processes.
• Understand effective communication concepts and techniques.
• Meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience in executive-level presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite products, especially Excel.
• Experience in business analysis and intelligence.
• Strong professional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Ability to balance multiple large projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others to achieve results.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers.

Nice-to-haves

• Project management experience.
• Experience in fulfillment or phone support to fulfillment.
• Skill in customer-facing systems such as ACSS, B360, ECPD, and VIP Tool.
• Strong detail orientation and ability to review thoroughly before submission.
