About the position
The Business/Systems Analyst role at Swift involves working in a hybrid environment to analyze and improve business systems. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, customer orientation, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The analyst will be responsible for understanding system interactions, producing functional diagrams, and ensuring quality customer value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand system interactions and components.
- Collaborate with teams in-person to drive solutions and adapt to changes.
- Produce functional overview and system interaction diagrams.
- Utilize UML for creating sequence and activity diagrams.
- Gather UX requirements using wire diagrams as needed.
- Engage with stakeholders for follow-ups and collaboration.
Requirements
- B.S or M.S in Computer Science or a closely related major.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on system interactions.
- Experience with Azure Cloud solutions (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools.
- Ability to create functional overview and system interaction diagrams.
- Proficiency in UML, including sequence and activity diagrams.
- Experience in gathering UX requirements using wire diagrams.
- Ability to process multiple sources of information critically and influence decisions.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering true customer value.
- Excellent collaboration and follow-up skills with stakeholders.
