  • Analyze marketing performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Manage outreach campaigns, cold calls, and follow-ups to secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to increase retention and referrals.
  • Streamline day-to-day operations across car rentals, property management, and events to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure calendars, software, and booking systems are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage client inquiries, customer service tasks, and follow-ups.
  • Support logistics for vehicle check-ins/outs, Airbnb turnover scheduling, and event planning.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across all business lines.
  • Proactively research and pursue leads to generate revenue.
  • Collaborate on sales strategies and outreach to expand the client base.
  • Handle tasks that arise in day-to-day operations, ensuring no opportunity or challenge goes unaddressed.
  • Implement new systems, processes, and strategies for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or growth-focused roles.
