Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file a variety of nonimmigrant visa petitions under attorney supervision.
  • Compile and analyze case facts for visa applications.
  • Draft correspondence related to immigration cases.
  • Maintain and organize client documentation efficiently.
  • Communicate directly with multiple attorneys regarding case progress and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • 2+ years of employment-based Immigration Paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment.
  • Experience drafting H-1B, L-1, TN petitions, including forms and support letters.
  • Efficient and concise writing skills with a willingness to ask questions and accept feedback.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.
