Working within our multi-office law firm, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business immigration attorneys. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient legal services to our clients. As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will be responsible for drafting and filing business immigration petitions and applications, preparing and reviewing evidence and supporting documentation, and handling communication with government agencies and clients. You will also manage client files and caseloads effectively, conduct thorough legal research, and write memoranda and reports. Your knowledge of Immigration Law and Employment-Based Immigration will be essential in this position, as will your proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software to perform tasks efficiently. It is important that you can ensure all work is carried out independently while also being a part of a team.
