About the position

As a Senior Graphic Designer within the Business Initiatives Office, you will play a crucial role in transforming business and strategic ideas into compelling visual presentations. This position involves close collaboration with marketing and brand leaders to produce essential creative outputs across various projects in both marketing and commercial domains, providing both strategic and creative input.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement presentations, social media graphics, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch campaigns.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for all creative works.
• Create branded presentation designs in PowerPoint for leadership and internal use.
• Work with leadership and key stakeholders to understand their content presentation goals.
• Produce branded materials, including promotional graphics, printed designs, trade show signage, infographics, flyers, digital banners, and sales support items.
• Provide creative support for both printed and digital assets.
• Partner with external agencies and teams to refresh various materials and assets.
• Ensure rapid turnaround on projects and revisions for leadership and internal teams.
• Efficiently balance high-priority tasks while managing regular responsibilities.
• Research and select appropriate iconography and imagery that align with company/product guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with current product updates and technology trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or an Associate Degree with 15+ years of experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate identity principles.
• Expertise in design techniques, print production, and signage design.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Suite programs.
• Knowledge and experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Ability to translate business concepts into high-quality visual presentations.
• Knowledge and experience in the animal health industry is a plus.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
• Capable of meeting tight deadlines while handling multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills to interact with business initiative leads on design projects.
• Professional demeanor with the flexibility to adapt to project changes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
