Responsibilities

• Promote increased program efficiency and service levels by capturing and monitoring performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to realize those opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle process, including requirements gathering and project planning.
• Utilize project management tools and techniques to effectively manage projects.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including action items and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.
• Negotiate with project stakeholders to secure resources and resolve issues.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding regional and corporate program requirements.
• Analyze data for optimization and understand basic quantifiable data utilization concepts.
• Provide basic accounting support and analysis for financial savings implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience.
• Managed care, utilization management, or medical expense experience strongly preferred.
