The Business Insurance Account Manager / Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both potential and existing commercial customers. This part-time role focuses on managing client relationships, assisting with insurance inquiries, and supporting the agency's service goals. Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of existing commercial insurance clients
- Assist with the acquisition of new commercial customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims, or products
- Drive customer satisfaction
- Serve as a liaison on behalf of the customer between the agency and various business partners
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and coordinate with sales specialists for follow-up
- Assist the agency owner with attaining agency service goals
Requirements
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Explorer)
- Knowledge and basic technical understanding of insurance
- Ability to follow processes, workflow, and work independently
