About the position

The Business Intelligence Developer II at Jefferson is responsible for designing and developing business intelligence solutions that support quality, compliance, and operational processes. This role involves independently developing and aggregating analytical content from an enterprise electronic medical record reporting database, requiring strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, tests, and implements BI solutions.
• Troubleshoots Enterprise BI tools, systems, and software.
• Coordinates with users to determine reporting requirements.
• Develops relational and multidimensional database queries.
• Supports multiple projects in building data models and visualizations as required.
• Demonstrates competency in SQL based certification.
• Adheres to established quality and design standards and processes.
• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, engineering, or information systems.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong technical skills in SQL.
