About the position

The Business Intelligence Admin/Developer role is a hybrid position based in Washington, DC, focused on supporting data platform and BI migration projects. The position involves developing and maintaining BI solutions, collaborating with team members, and improving existing processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive in problem-solving and comfortable working in a tech-agnostic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support data platform and BI migration projects
  • Develop and maintain BI solutions to support various projects
  • Collaborate with team members to provide feedback and improve processes
  • Challenge existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Work independently and take initiative in problem-solving

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • SAS experience
  • Tableau
  • Business Intelligence (BI)
  • Data modeling
  • ETL processes
  • Python coding
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to take constructive criticism and use it for growth
