About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Kings View is responsible for identifying business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs within the organization. This role involves data evaluation, integration, cleansing, and processing, as well as developing outcome reports and dashboards to support sound business decisions. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights, ensuring high-quality information delivery and promoting self-service data access.

Responsibilities

• Identify business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis needs.
• Perform data evaluation, integration, cleansing, and processing.
• Develop automated reports and dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams for requirements gathering.
• Provide user education on business intelligence and analytical applications.
• Conduct thorough data quality and profiling activities.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of data architecture and governance standards.
• Establish relationships at facilities and corporate levels for effective data solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for various stakeholders.
• Travel to remote work sites and conferences as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Five years of experience in Business/Data Warehouse, Reporting/Dashboard development, Business Intelligence, or Analytics.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience with County information systems such as EHRs.
• Understanding of county processes.
