That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees! A Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is a key member of our data-driven team, responsible for redefining raw data into meaningful business insights. This role is instrumental in creating and leading BI solutions that provide visibility into critical business metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. As a BI Data Analyst, you will develop reports, dashboards, and data models that support strategic planning, operational improvements, and business growth. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive key business decisions.
• Work closely with business leaders to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives and ensure the organization is meeting its goals.
• Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to design and maintain robust data models, ensuring data is structured for optimal reporting and analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as finance, marketing, and operations to understand business requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions that address specific needs.
• Respond to urgent business needs by conducting ad-hoc analyses and delivering insights in a timely manner to support critical decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to provide real-time insights to business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a BI or data analytics role.
• Proficiency in BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other data visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying databases and performing data extractions to support BI initiatives.
• Experience with building and maintaining data models for BI reporting, including working with star and snowflake schemas.
• Proven understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive analytics methods to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to convey complex data insights through clear visualizations and narratives, ensuring partners can easily interpret and act on the information.
• Familiarity with data governance standard methodologies, including data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations like CCPA.
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective BI solutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with data pipelines and ETL processes is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
