About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst at Casino e Business International Inc. is responsible for supervising and training BI Analysts, conducting data analysis, and presenting findings to executives. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, financial analysis, and ensuring superior guest service standards are met within the casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all BI Analysts
• Trains BI Analysts on all technical and analytical aspects of their job
• Prepares and provides quarterly reviews of BI Analyst's progress
• Performs queries of various databases to extract data for analysis
• Presents and discusses analyses with high-level executives
• Develops, maintains, and distributes key operating metrics
• Proactively seeks out margin enhancement opportunities
• Identifies market trends and develops strategies to address potential concerns
• Responsible for short- and long-term financial analysis
• Calculates profitability of marketing programs and analyzes results
• Develops presentations for periodic meetings and operational reviews
• Supports and promotes superior guest service standards
• Exercises sound judgement and maintains confidentiality
• Collects relevant data, structures data models, and interprets quantitative data
• Handles high exposure projects and manages sensitive information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
• Casino or hospitality experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Analytics or related field
• Advanced skills in Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Excel and Access
