About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst III - People Analytics role at Sutter Health involves creating complex database reports and providing analytical and technical support for various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities

• Create complex database reports based on end-user specifications and requirements.
• Provide analytical and technical support for complex requests, projects, or initiatives.
• Participate in risk assessment and work plan development processes.
• Perform data validation to ensure reports pull accurate data and meet client needs.
• Determine if programming is created and create specifications for developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics, Computer Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• 5 years of recent relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Proficient in understanding, communicating, and specifying user requirements.
• Technical skills in report writing and reporting tools.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong verbal and writing skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Workday analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Workday Prism and Extend.
