About the position

As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Resourcesoft, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading integration projects and managing various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Additionally, your proficiency in SQL will be essential for writing and optimizing queries for data extraction and analysis, allowing you to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets. In this role, you will conduct thorough problem analysis and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be crucial as you interact with various teams and present your findings. Responsibilities

  • Lead integration projects and manage SDLC phases.
  • Develop and maintain ETL workflows for data migration.
  • Utilize Python scripts to streamline business processes.
  • Employ shell scripting for task automation and monitoring.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Conduct problem analysis and troubleshoot integration issues.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of experience as a Business and Integration Analyst.
  • Must have experience in SDLC and related methodologies.
  • Must have experience with ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load).
  • Must have experience in Python.
  • Must have experience with SQL.
  • Experience with shell scripting and command-line tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
