As a Business Intelligence Analyst at TAA Solutions LLC, you will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. This position requires a strong proficiency in Qlik and Tableau, as you will be responsible for performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. You will work closely with various teams to recognize business requirements and devise solutions that meet data needs, ensuring that the BI solutions are effective and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and improving existing systems, collaborating with IT teams and business experts to implement data-driven policies and initiatives throughout the enterprise. You will design wireframes and beta dashboards with a focus on user experience, consistency, and visibility. Additionally, you will create, update, and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions using industry-leading tools like Tableau, Qlik, and PowerBI, while accurately drilling deep into data to generate insightful reports. In this role, you will gather, clean, and prepare data for analytics and visualization, employing various graphical and data modeling techniques to create comprehensive reports. You will conduct unit tests and develop database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Your expertise will also be required in gathering and normalizing data from multiple sources, creating, testing, and publishing dashboards and reports, and defining access controls to ensure data security. You will enhance the entire process of data management, dashboard design, and product life-cycle management, utilizing algorithms and statistical approaches to extract valuable information from data. Troubleshooting any data or performance issues with workbooks and data sources will also be part of your responsibilities, along with overseeing installations, architecture, and management of solution platforms that include Tableau, Qlik, and PowerBI. This position allows for independent work or collaboration under general supervision, and you will be expected to perform other related duties as assigned.
