About the position

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to support the Payment Integrity Organization's data strategy. This role focuses on creating data-driven dashboards and reports to enhance decision-making and deliver actionable insights that improve payment accuracy and recovery efforts. The analyst will develop client-facing business intelligence solutions that demonstrate the value of Gainwell's services, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver client-facing business intelligence and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and enhance client satisfaction.
• Implement comprehensive data strategies to enhance predictive analytics, data mining, and machine learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics initiatives meet business needs.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide clear insights to stakeholders and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement of analytics processes focusing on scalability, accuracy, and client impact.
• Ensure data practices comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles, preferably in healthcare or payment integrity.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering business intelligence solutions to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience within the healthcare or payment integrity space is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare data systems and payment integrity analytics is preferred.
