About the position

The Business Intelligence Analyst/SQL Developer at PharmaCord is responsible for developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and writing SQL queries to support these reports. This role involves working closely with pharmaceutical clients and internal business users to provide data-driven insights and enhance organizational productivity through innovative visualizations and custom reporting. The position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative visualizations in Microsoft Power BI and SQL queries to support reports and dashboards.
• Create custom reports and modify existing queries to enhance organizational productivity.
• Perform predictive modeling, data analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis as required.
• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements and modify them as necessary.
• Work directly with pharmaceutical clients and internal business users to gather requirements and provide insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in a mid-sized or large corporate Information Technology environment.
• Exceptional relationship management skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice-to-haves
