KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, and we are seeking a skilled professional to join our KLA Services team. This position focuses on the continuous improvement of our spares analytics platforms, which support a wide range of spare parts profiles and cater to diverse customer needs. The role involves evolving and optimizing our approach to spare parts management, ensuring the right inventory investment at the right cost for an optimal customer experience. This requires extensive analytics capabilities to provide quick and deep insights across various disciplines of our spares supply chain, informing critical decisions at both the individual planner level and the enterprise system configuration level. In this role, you will collaborate with business domain experts to understand their challenges and architect complex data-driven solutions for faster and more informed decision-making. You will work extensively in our Snowflake environment, performing data engineering and shaping using SQL, and may also incorporate advanced modeling scripts developed in Python or R into data flows. The analytics solutions you develop will typically be Power BI models, requiring the creation of complex semantic models and DAX measures that provide flexible and interactive visuals, enabling users to drill into insights quickly. Your work will support the day-to-day processes and workflows of our service supply chain organization, inform enterprise-level system configuration decisions, and contribute to exploratory efforts aimed at optimizing inventory investment, logistics costs, and customer experience. Additionally, you will provide support to team members across the organization, helping them build their Power BI skillsets as they develop BI solutions for their respective domains.
